Welcome!
This is the main page of the Telegram chatbot system for organizing communication between a restaurant owner (or a small marketplace) and customers.
The system consists of an owner bot, a waiter bot, and a customer bot.
Adding your restaurant to the system happens by following a link in the chatbot and only requires a Telegram account.
Why use Restik.Pro
- Minimalism. No app installation or website registration required — neither for the owner, nor for waiters, nor for the customer. All you need is a Telegram account.
- Eco-friendly. The digital menu can be easily kept up to date without constantly printing new copies.
- Anonymity. All communications between waiters, customers, and owners are mediated through bots. Restik.Pro does not share any information about your Telegram account.
- Efficiency. Customers who want to use the digital menu can save both their own time and the waiter's time. The customer just needs to scan the QR code on the table and place an order in Telegram, after which the table number and order details appear in the waiters' bot. The waiter can avoid spending time tracking tables and customers ready to order, depending on your establishment's format.
- Versatility. For non-native speakers, understanding a digital menu is often easier than a paper one. Moreover, in many Asian countries, a QR code on the table is a common attribute.
- Not just for restaurants. Can also be used as a platform for a small marketplace.
Owner Bot
After registering a restaurant, it will appear in the list in the owner's bot.
With the owner bot, the owner can:
- Edit the restaurant menu, name, and currency.
- Get QR codes for tables.
- Add and remove waiters, send them messages.
Waiters and customers cannot obtain the owner's account data through their bot, and vice versa, the owner cannot obtain the account data of waiters and customers.
An owner can have an unlimited number of restaurants with a subscription, but only one trial restaurant at any given time. The subscription is tied to the restaurant, not the owner, so each restaurant is paid separately.
Waiter Bot
Adding a waiter to the waiter bot is done via an invitation link created by the restaurant owner and sent to the waiter.
After being added, the waiter can:
- Receive notifications from the restaurant about created orders linked to tables, change order status, and receive notifications about status changes.
- Receive personal and broadcast messages from the restaurant owner.
The owner and customers cannot obtain the waiter's account data through their bots, and vice versa, the waiter cannot obtain the account data of the owner and customers.
A waiter can work in only one restaurant at a time. If they want to stop receiving notifications from the restaurant, they must stop the bot via the Telegram interface. If they later want to start receiving orders again, they need to receive the invitation link once more.
Customer Bot
Adding a customer to the customer bot is done via an invitation link, which is easiest to place on the table as a printed QR code. The invitation link contains the table number, which is later used in notifications for waiters.
After being added, the customer can:
- View the restaurant menu in the Telegram WebApp and place an order from it.
- Receive notifications from the restaurant about order status changes, call the waiter using a button in the bot, or order additional items.
- The order composition and its price will remain in the communication history with the bot. After the order status changes to "paid," the bot will no longer message the customer until they wish to place another order, either in this restaurant or another.
The owner and waiters cannot obtain the customer's account data through their bots, and vice versa, the customer cannot obtain the account data of the owner and waiters.
